For breakdowns more than ¼ mile from your home. If your car can't be fixed by the roadside, they will take you and your car to the nearest garage or an alternative local destination, provided this is no further.
Relay
If, following a breakdown at the roadside, they can't arrange a prompt repair, they transport your car and up to seven passengers to any mainland UK destination.
Home Start
Help when you have broken down at home or within ¼ mile of it. If they can't arrange a prompt repair, they take you and your car to the nearest garage or another local destination, provided this is no further.
Relay Plus
If you break down away from your home and a prompt repair is not possible, they'll provide you with either a replacement hire car for up to 48 hours, or overnight accommodation, or reasonable onward travel expenses.
